Services for the Week of 5/1/17 Update for Friday May 5th Due to pending rain the scheduled lawn application will be delayed until next week.
Lawn mowing is on schedule barring any rain events.
We will be completing our second application of Fertilizer with Pre-Emergent Weed Control. It is advisable to water this product into the lawn. DO NOT do any hand raking of your lawn for 6 weeks following this application, as this will break the weed control barrier on the soil.
It appears winter has not left us yet. With reports of a snow event scheduled for tomorrow our crews are gearing up. At this point a concensus on the amount of snow we are to receive is all over the map. But given this our equipment is in your area and ready to go as needed.
I will be updating this blog as needed over the course of this snow event.
Should anyone have any questions or concerns. Please call 609-971-8551 or firstname.lastname@example.org
We are coming up on spring but as we all know March is a very unpredictable month.
Within the next couple of weeks we will be onsite to make our first lawn application of the season. This application will be Slow Release Fertilizer with Pre-Emergent Weed Control. This product not only fertilizes your lawn for a spring green up but also inhibits the existing seeds of grassy weeds such as crab grass from germinating into actual plants.
Please note this product will also inhibit any type of grass seed that is put down during the spring and early summer season.
Very Important! Do Not do any type of lawn raking after the first application and the month of June. Raking will disrupt the weed control barrier that forms on the soil surface.
Remember nothing is 100%...so should there be a breakthrough of weeds we will be following up with a weed control spray as needed. Your property mangers will notify you of the exact date of service.
Please check back regularly for service updates.
